FOUNDER AND CHAIRMAN
Miguel, the visionary Founder of Nextnorth Holdings Corporation, brings over five years of dedicated experience in pioneering renewable energy projects. His professional journey commenced as a trader within the esteemed Global Markets Division of HSBC Philippines. Eager to pursue his entrepreneurial aspirations, Miguel ventured into the domains of renewable energy and software development. He concurrently serves as Chairman at CM Squared Integrated Technologies Inc. and Lindytech Inc., while also holding directorships in other F&B and technology companies.

Atty. Rosella Puno-Mapa
VICE-CHAIRPERSON
Atty. Rosella, currently serving as Vice-Chairperson at Nextnorth Holdings Corporation, boasts a distinguished career of over three decades at Punolaw, where she ascended to the position of Managing Partner before her retirement in 2016. Under her leadership, Punolaw flourished, emerging as a premier firm in the Philippine energy sector with an expansive clientele. Maintaining her ties to Punolaw as Managing Partner Emeritus, she concurrently serves as Corporate Secretary at the Laura Vicuña Foundation, Inc. ("LVFI"), demonstrating her commitment to philanthropy and child welfare.

David Chiu
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
David is a former senior manager at the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), where he served as assistant to the president, head of supply chain while also acting as head of technical procurement. With strong corporate experience, he later became the Chief Operating Officer of Blue Energy, a hydro power developer. In addition, he has held management roles at both Philippine Airlines and Manila Water, further broadening his leadership and operational expertise across multiple industries.
